Description
The first phase of Stork’s development has led to creating an advanced technology capable of disrupting the delivery market. Today, our mission is to bring it to market and make Stork a major player for all prospects in the delivery industry. Therefore, we are looking for a Back-end/Devops Developer. You will have a key role in the strategy of Stork and will be at the heart of our fast-growing project.
Objective
- Reporting to the Lead Architect, the back end/Devops developer is responsible for the maintenance and evolution of our server applications, but also for their deployment on our servers.
- This recruitment follows the company’s desire to build a complete R&D team in France that will take the lead on the current team located in Bulgaria. By the end of 2022 the total number of people in the team will be between 15 and 20, part of which will be in Bulgaria.
- He/she will work with at least 3 other Back End developers.
Missions
- Carry out the evolutions of the service on the back end.
- Fix bugs and maintain the services
- Write and maintain unit tests
Skills and experience required
- BAC+5 Engineering school in computer science
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Back end developer in Node.js/ TypeScript / TypeORM / PostgreSQL environment. TypeORM is not an essential skill if the candidate has used other types of ORMs such as Prisma, Apollo, etc.
- Experience with microservices development.
- Experience working with teams of developers
- Knowledge of system administration techniques, in DevOps mode
- Knowledge of the Agile method
- Fluent English required as the technical teams are partly non-French speaking
- Knowledge of the logistics sector recommended.
