The first phase of Stork’s development has led to creating an advanced technology capable of disrupting the delivery market. Today, our mission is to bring it to market and make Stork a major player for all prospects in the delivery industry. Therefore, we are looking for a System administrator. You will have a key role in the strategy of Stork and will be at the heart of our fast-growing project.
Objectives
- Reporting to the CTO, the system administrator is responsible for the maintenance and evolution of the whole technical infrastructure of our servers.
- This recruitment follows the company’s desire to build a complete R&D team in France that will take the lead on the current team located in Bulgaria. By the end of 2022, the total number of people in the team will be between 15 and 20, part of which will be in Bulgaria.
Missions
- Design the test, pre-production, and production architecture
- Maintain all operating software up to date
- Define the Docker environments for development and operation
- Ensure the cyber security of the company.
- Implement the monitoring of services in compliance with the SLA defined by the product managers
- Control the operating costs of the service over time
- Work with the back-end developers (3 to 4 people) and DevOps (1 person) for the development of continuous integration (CI/CD)
- Work with the Data Scientists for the implementation of data processing architectures.
Required skills and experience
- BAC+5 Engineering school in computer science
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a system administrator in Linux and AWS (or GCP) environments,
- Experience in developing and deploying microservices in a fast-growing environment.
- Experience working with teams of developers
- Experience with the DevOps approach
- Experience in cybersecurity
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Fluent English required as the technical teams are partly non-French speaking
- Knowledge of the logistics sector recommended.
