The first phase of development of Stork has led to create an advanced technology that will disrupt the delivery market. Today our mission is to commercialize it and lead Stork as a major actor of the industry for all delivery stakeholders of the market. Therefore, we are looking for a marketing director that will develop and handle the global marketing strategy of Stork. You will have a key role in the development strategy and be introduced in the beginning of a long story.
The missions
Strategic and operational marketing
- Market analysis of the competition and the target market
- Study of consumer trends
- Analysis of customer data and sales statistics
- Definition and deployment of the marketing strategy in line with Stork’s DNA and positioning
- Management of the annual marketing and communication budget, attribution of the budget to achieve the objectives set
- Supervision of the operational implementation by optimizing and prioritizing projects within the framework of the overall objectives and values of the company
Relational marketing
- Development of external communication in line with Stork’s communication: press relations, media, social networks, partnerships, trade shows
- Creation of brand content which is essential for efficient communication
Digital marketing
- Control and management of digital strategy stakes
- Development and follow-up of the social media strategy
- Management of customer databases
- Monitoring and analysis of the e-reputation
Analysis of the outcomes
- Analysis of the impact of your strategy on the enhancement of the commercial offer
- Design and implementation of actions to optimize sales and strengthen the brand image. You readjust the strategy according to the market evolution
Managerial role
- Management of the budget allocated to the marketing department
- Management of the team in the sense of professionalization, development of their potential and team spirit
- Training of marketing team to enable positive growth within the company
- Define and coordinate training programs to enable marketing team to achieve their objectives
- Manage cross-functional projects by coordinating all businesses involved within the company
- Work in collaboration with the Stork sales and technical teams to optimize cohesion between departments
- As part of Stork’s positive growth, hire and develop the marketing team

Requirements
- Educations: Master’s Degree, Mba or Phd from a leading university
- Similar experience in digital, e-commerce, SAAS systems, mobile application, logistics or delivery industry
- Similar experience of at least 5 years in the elaboration of a marketing strategy and its operational implementation associated with the experience of the project management and the digital development, allowing the gain of visibility of the company and thus the increase of its turnover
- Management of a team of at least 15 people with the ability to motivate and drive the team towards the achievement of objectives
- Knowledge and expertise in marketing and digital tools
- Perfect knowledge of French and English required
